特別通告：中心恢復正常運作及服務
因大廈中央空調及通風系統發生嚴重故障，本中心曾於2026年8月14日 起臨時關閉。經大廈工程人員搶修，中心室內環境持續改善，亦於2026年8月21日恢復局部運作，並在中心內提供有限度服務。現時，中心室內環境已大幅改善，並於2026年9月4日恢復正常運作。惟據本中心了解，由於相關系統仍未完成全面復修，期間仍 / 或會出現系統不穩定而影響冷氣供應情況，服務使用者如需到中心查詢、申請及或使用服務，務請提前致電本中心服務熱線（8100 8883），聯絡負責職員作預約及安排。

星期五：下午2:00至 晚上9:00
星期六：上午9:00至 晚上9:00
星期日：上午9:00至 下午12:30

Special Notice: Resumption of Normal Operations and Services
Due to the severe breakdown of the building's central air-conditioning and ventilation system, our Centre was temporarily closed since August 14, 2026. Following emergency repairs by the building's engineering staff, our indoor environment steadily improved. We resumed partial operations on August 21, 2026, offering limited services on-site. At present, our indoor environment has significantly improved, and we have resumed normal operations as of September 4, 2026. However, to our understanding, full repairs of relevant systems have not yet been completed. There may still be periods of system instability that could affect the air-conditioning supply. Therefore, if service users need to visit our Centre for inquiries, applications, or to use our services, please call our Service Hotline 8100 8883 in advance to contact the responsible staff for booking and arrangements.

Fridays: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sundays: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Closed on Tuesdays and Public Holidays
Our Centre will continue to closely monitor the repair progress of the building's air conditioning and ventilation system in order to ensure safety environment, normal operation and services delivery as soon as possible. Further updates will be announced on our Centre's website and social media platforms.
